Indigenous at Oregon State
Springtime in the Pacific Northwest signifies the start of salmon runs and flower blossoms. At Oregon State University, in May, we celebrate the season with the annual Pasifika Fest, Salmon Bake, and łatwa ina Pow-Wow. Throughout the year, we honor the histories, cultures and traditions of the Indigenous people of the Americas and Pacific Islands.
